Save the Date! Nes and Trina are getting hitched this coming July 4. They are our friends from our Singles for Christ (SFC) Community. Jasondeg and I sat down with them a few weeks ago to discuss their engagement and we came up to create something simple yet different. I’ll leave you wedding guests hangin’ and you just have to wait till their wedding reception in order to see what i mean…One cool thing about this is that almost all the major suppliers belong to our SFC community. Trina’s make-up was done by Mela Jimenez. Their wedding coordinators are Junie Romero (my lovely girlfriend btw) and Len Ocampo of Amaris events. Special thanks to Raphy Concepcion for coming along to help us out.

Preview: Nes and Trina’s Engagement
May 17, 2010Jason and Loi Engaged!
May 11, 2009Finally! Here’s one of the most anticipated shoot we’ve all been waiting for. Our dear friend and fellow Imagine Nation photograher, Jason De Guzman is getting married this July. Of course we won’t let him get married without an engagement shoot… the Imagine Nation Experience way! For the official post check out Erron’s blog, he was the main guy for this day but we all tagged along to show our love and support to Jason and Loi.You can also check out Jayjay’s blog for his shots that day. Tiqui and Gracielle will be posting their share soon
Here are some of my takes from that day. Our call time was 5am since we were going the distance for this shoot. The destination, Anawangin. We stopped over for some breakfast at NLEX and we saw this beautiful cloud formations just before sunrise.

Touchdown ANAWANGIN!

After a hearty lunch, time to get to business…these two are so effortless to shoot and are so natural in front of the camera.

Since Erron was the lead that day, I tried not to get in his way and I concentrated in capturing the unseen moments.

This was Jesy’s shot..she borrowed my cam and took this shot…great shot Jesy!

Time to go to the woods. This one’s my favorite set. Great styling from Jesy and Erron!

This set really felt like we were shooting somewhere in the U.S.

Can you just feel the sparks flyin’…so much passion from these two.

My favorite for the day. I was ahead of them and I when I looked backed I saw them walking back and I just loved the background and how the afternoon sun’s golden light hit them…so natural.

This one was requested by Jason a tribute to Sir Jong’s Dubai shoot.

We’ve been together for almost 24 hours but we still had a last set to shoot and we headed to Subic for some night shots.

My final shot for the day.

It was such a great day! Can’t wait for their wedding day!
